Our Business Engineers will visit you to carry out an initial in-depth assessment. This hands-on business process analysis helps us to fully understand your operations and identify any processes – typically Excel or paper-based systems – that have developed around your core systems.
Our engineers will review those processes one at a time. We work with you to determine which of these can be centralised and streamlined. Then we re-implement them using the InsideEDGE software framework.
By synchronising information from all parts of your business, your staff will always be able to find the information they need, as soon as they need it. The centralised system will be accessible via a logical and user-friendly graphical user interface.

We will continue to monitor your business needs – adapting your InsideEDGE solution with enhancements to meet your evolving business needs.
Cost scenario
A business with 30 to 40 employees that has 5 or 6 processes re-implemented through InsideEDGE will pay around £1000 per month, which is less than the cost of an administrative assistant. There are no upfront setup costs. As the business evolves the InsideEDGE processes that were initially implemented will also evolve, at no extra cost. Only if the business requires re-implementation of additional processes, may an additional cost be charged.
